On Nov 20, 2018, a black female was inside a deli in Philadelphia. Store Owner Yang Lin told media that the woman wanted beer, but couldn’t buy it because she had no money. She became angry, throwing glass at him when he wouldn’t give her the beer free of charge.

She then produced a can of hairspray from her pocketbook igniting it with a lighter and using it as a torch through an opening in the front counter burning some items on the counter.

Police say they will charge her with arson when they find her.
